How it works
The first step will be to organize a quick visit to your house or apartment, where we’ll create a list of the belongings that you’ll want to store, send on to your next country, or sell. We can then begin the sales process for some items even before you leave the country so that we’ll get a head start for once you need to vacate your premises.
In Switzerland, particularly when you rent a property, it’s common to have a move-out date by when you’ll need to hand over to the landlord a completely empty, and spotlessly clean apartment. No matter how soon that is, we’ll make sure you make that deadline, and are not stressed leading up to it, nor afterwards.
By storing and selling your items even once you’ve left the country, and not rushing the sales process, we buy you breathing room, and sell your belongings for the best possible rates.
Throughout the whole process, even while you are abroad, you legally retain ownership of your items; we simply sell them on your behalf while storing them. At the end of the agreed sales period (6 months minimum), we’ll either send them on to you, continue storing and selling them (if we were not able to make the sale), or dispose of them at our expense.
Standard Services
This service purely involves the immediate task of vacating your premises so you can get out of the door and move on with your life abroad. We’ll remove all your belongings that you can’t take with you, to sell, store, or dispose of. This Service is suitable for those with small apartments (from 2.5 rooms) or larger houses. Final price depends on the volume of goods for storage.
When we visit you to conduct our audit of your belongings, we’ll create a list of what we think we can sell, and what we think will either take longer to sell, or be unlikely to sell. You can then decide what to do, and this will form the basis of your contractual agreement with us.

Full service
This service mirrors the previous tier of service, but with the added benefit that we’ll also project manage the onward journey of the items that you definitely wish to keep wherever you move to and the items that do not sell after the agreed period of time in storage. The cost of this tier of service therefor varies depending on where you are moving to, however the base project management fee remains the same
Note that this tier also allows for the possibility of a car sale. We’ll support with the sale itself, and all associated paperwork required under Swiss law.

Premium Services
Moving abroad from Switzerland is complicated. While vacating the property of belongings is complicated and troublesome, there is also more to it than that. There is certain paperwork you need to file with your local government office, you need to cancel phone and other contracts with certain supporting documents, light fixtures must be removed, and much more. We’ll support you with all of this directly.
We’ll make sure that the entire process is not only stress free, but executed flawlessly, so you don’t get any unexpected fines, deposit subtractions, or debt notifications a few years later.
Under this service tier, you also receive 90% of revenue share from sales, 100% of the sale of one vehicle, and an entire year’s worth of storage free (depending on volume of goods for storage).
